Wave Belt tensioner for Flying Bear Tornado

This is a belt tensioner for the flying bear Tornado. They are inspired on Gijs belt tensioner, but modified to fit this printer. There are two tension sizes. Fit it in the belt that goes by the back of the extruder carriage, more or less alined with the carriage when its in the middle of the X movement.
