Pavilion / Tablecloth Clamp with rope hole

Use this clamp to attach a robe with some textile, like Pavilions ie.
My use case is to pull the pavilion roof taut with rubber rope. No more water bags!

Ideal is a M3 16mm screw for this clamp.
