Quick and easy swap filament spool holder for Prusa enclosure

I recently built the Prusa enclosure (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2864118) but didn't like the filament spool holder as well as the one I had been using previously. So, I designed one based on StijnVanDamme's excellent spool holder, but it mounts on a flat surface with screws instead of clipping to the top of the frame.
