Custom throttle detent for Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas X

I found the center detent of my Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas X to be completely pointless. I would much rather have no detent or, better yet, have a mil power detent!

Some people have removed the detent by filing the little nub that engages the detent down. However, this severely reduces the friction of the throttle. And it does not allow a mil power detent.
