Anet A8 - e3d v6 XtraSolid Support with 60mm fan REMIX

This solves some issues I had with ciccio92 's original model.
* It fits better my cheap e3d v6 chinese hot end.
* Improved Air flow to cool the hot end.
* Stronger Belt holder.
* Screwless Fan Holder And duct, the fan just snaps inside the frame.
* Designed different duct covers so you don't have to swap the fan holder when printing with different filaments.
* Added a cable holder.
* The original design, for some reason, pushed together the x rods on my printer by a few millimeters, c
