This is the Infinity Stone Orb from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 as a Prusa i3 Selector Dial Remix.
Admittedly at this scale, it's a bit hard to tell what it is, but it actually works well. I added a little "Rub And Buff" paint to show the detail better as well.
