Print flat (PLA),
Put in hot water (be careful do not burn yourself) or heat it with a hairdryer,
Thermoform around your wrist.

I made different lengths.
The smallest ones, 130, 140, 150 and 160 mm long will fit most children and adults with smaller wrists.
I have also made 170,180, 190 and 200 mm long ones for bigger wrists.
