Simplify3D printer profile(.fff) for Flashforge Creator Pro / CTC

This is my Simplify3D printer profile file for the Flashforge Creator Pro, it also works on the CTC clone. I have modified the starting script to home all axis and continue heating in the front right corner. It will then purge wipe along the right side (to remove any gunk).
Please feel free to modify print settings, these are the ones that best work with my machine. Every machine will be slightly different.
