modified ryan tube and toprail to further reduce wobboboboble

Mine is printed at 99% for snug PT fit but 98% would probably have been better. Mind that the nubs also scale so find some balance to make them snugbugrug. Varies depending on your printer tolerances.

Probably want to flip them in your slicer so that it can print without supports, as they would be properly oriented in the original caliburn files.
