Z Motor Mount Left with Z Endstop

I had been using the Z-axis fine adjustment that required a new bracket for the z-stop switch. Rather than move that bracket over to the new motor mount, I combined them. The bracket can be found as part of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1776429.

It's best if printed on its side, with supports for the switch mount bracket only
