AM8 LCD Support

This thing was designed to put the LCD in the top of aluminium frame of AM8. It is compatible with original AM8 LCD front part.

I designed it taking into account the alignment of screws and the gap in aluminium profile and the LCD connector in the back.

There is two designs:
v1: it is aligned to the bottom of profile 2040
v2: it is aligned to the top of profile 2040
