Crank Brothers, Egg Beater, Road Shoe Pontoon (Replacement). If you have the Road Cleats that have pontoons on the side you'll notice they wear fairly fast. This is a replacement pad it just snaps in place. I've mess around a little and PLA works good, ABS also but both are slick and wear fast,Nylon again is slick but gets more life, I'm going to order some Urethane and give it a shot and see how they hold up. let me know if you run across something that holds up well and is not like ice.
