65mm Brushless Whoop Frame for 0603 motors.

This may still be a work in progress, but, I'm fairly happy with the strength of the design now. I designed it to suit a 0.3mm nozzle and ABS. but may slice OK for a 0.4mm nozzle? I havn't checked.
And, I set the line width to 0.29mm (0.3mm nozzle) to ensure the slicer creates complete lines across 0.6mm wall widths.
