Raspberry Pi Cam 2 mount for LulzBot Taz 6

Mount the Raspberry Pi camera V2 to the LulzBot Taz 6 bed.

Camera snaps into place. Cable routes inside the post.

Compatible with:
- LulzBot TAZ Single Extruder Tool Head v2.1. P
- MOARstuder (thanks @aggie680)

Not compatible with:
- Aerostruder (thanks @aggie680)

Please let me know if you test it with other tool heads.
