Heathkit Paddle Knob - uses existing collar

This paddle knob is very similar to Plastman's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1412639 Heathkit SB-102 Paddle Knobs. Unlike the parent part, this one is designed to make use of the existing metal collar, allowing you to completely control the alignment between this paddle knob & the shaft.

I redesigned this from the ground up in ViaCAD 2D/3D, taking measurements from an original Heathkit paddle knob (minus the paddle, which had broken off). For your convenience, I've posted the required S
