MPCNC mount 3706 Makita

A mount for a Makita 3706 to attach to the AllTed MPCNC.

Works but V1.0
The model can use refinement:
1) In the bolt hole to the router guard at the bottom the wing nut I had it would just fit.
2) The recesses holes in the main body to make it easier to use a screw driver on would be beneficial.

I printed it standing on its end without a problem on an MPCNC using PLA using the same settings as AllTeds recommendations for printing all MPCNC parts.
