Sunhokey i3 Extruder Insert For Flex Filaments (Wider)

A quick remix of the [kauz design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1652091).
Made it wider so it is easier to hold while glueing and somewhat reinforced the side with a curved end.

I've been able to print TPU with it on my modified Sunhokey S-508 for a day now... YMMV :)
