Heptagonal Prism Twisty Puzzle

My fully-functional heptagonal (7-sided) prism twisty puzzle. The top and bottom layers can turn by ~51 degrees and the side layers can turn by 180 degrees. This puzzle is proportional to a 4x4 instead of a 3x3, as it would be too large if it were proportional to a 3x3.
