Slip case for universal phone/tablet stand

Early last year I printed ClassicGod's Universal Phone/Tablet stand. In [my make of that Thing](https://www.thingiverse.com/make:320420), I showed that I'd also designed a slipcase to hold the stand when not in use, so it would not unfold while in a pocket or whatever. However, I got distracted and forgot to post the model.

Here is the most recent iteration of the slipcase. Note that the case is intended for use with a stand that has thin craft foam glued to the bottom (as mine has).
