18mm probe-mount for LJ18A3-8-Z/EX

This mount is used for the LJ18A3-8-Z/EX (two wire, in my instance), but any LJ18A3-8-Z or probe with 18mm diamter will do. the Proble-hole is slightly bigger with 20mm.

It also has two holes to mount it to a fan-holder.
