3d Printed Hydrofoil

This is the hydrofoil that I 3d printed for the efoil project I worked on in high school. Both wings need to be mirrored to print the other half. The large hydrofoil uses a 12"x.5"x.5" spar and a 12"x.5"x.375" spar. This keeps the foil from breaking and also allows it to easily be mounted to the fuselage. The foils can be covered in fiberglass for extra strength.

Front wing v1 is the original design, front wing v3 is the newer larger one.

I printed these in PLA with 3 walls and 65% infil
