Merged Air Nozzle V1 for K40

I've been using this long air assist tube design ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2421971 ) but still noticed lots of smoke rising up to the lens when engraving. So I mashed together two designs, the long air assist tube design and a cone shaped lens based nozzle( air_nozzle_V1.scad, shared by Scorch of K40 Whisperer fame ) and voila. It has a .14mm diameter hole feeding the air in the lens nozzle since all I wanted that for is to keep smoke off the lens.

It is a tight fit on the K40 lens
