Fluorescent tube starter removal tool

So, I was about to change ~400 fluorescent tubes and starters. The starters were all quite deeply set in the light fixture, so I figured a tool was needed to spare my fingertips and make the changes a bit smoother. Through trial and error, this is what I came up with.

Updated, v4 has thicker walls and is less likely to break in your pocket.
