Filament spooler support for TEVO Black Widow.

You also need:
2x ball bearings 625 2RS 5x16x5 (i.e from an open builds wheel)
2x M5 bolt 30mm or longer
4x M5 nut

optionally for attaching the support to the printer frame you may want:
2-4x M5 bolts 12mm and V-Slot nuts.
