Anet A8 Z-EndStop Adjuster

I remixed the motor mount base to have a more solid point for the microswitch to bolt to. I didn't need it to slide back and forth, since I lined up the bolt to press on the middle of the metal arm on the microswitch. Also, I used this carriage mount arm [ https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2213402 ] because I liked that it used a friction M4 fit on the adjustment bolt.
