Frame and Heatbed Connector for 10x10 mm drag chain (Y Axis)

The frame connectors are both too wide, the 10x10 chain will not hold in them. Made a narrower version. Rest is the same. This is a new version, slightly smaller (see comment)

I re-did the thing again to give a bit more space for the cables (v2) and also updated the heatbed connector to keep the chain down below the extruder.
