Monoprice Maker Select Plus PCB board reposition mount

This will probably work with Cocoon Create or Wanhaou I3Plus as well.

I wanted to install a fan duct that is attached through the rear side of the printer. Since the PCB is currently connected to one of the lower bearing blocks, this had to be relocated. The best position would be a bit higher but it also needed to be accessible even with short wirings to certain components (e.g. thermistor). So the best solution was to not just relocated it but to also flip it vertically.
