2040 and Linear Rail end-stop

I wanted to maximise the usable length of having a linear rail attached to a 2040 v-slot extrusion as my z-axis.

Doing this requires a max-z endstop for "just in case"

I created this thing to let myself easily use the Makerbot end-stops.
There should be enough room for the soldering on the board and tolerances should be reasonable.
