Wanhao bed extension mod

Based on MaleBuffy's mod, I wanted a better way to mount the screws. My extensions are hollow and have recesses for m3 nuts for firmer placement. I also made a mount to relocate the endstop. They are 52mm to accomodate Azza's Z brace feet, because if you're modding, that's one of the first things you should do.

I also modded the hotbed for a bigger glass plate.
