Y-Axis Bearing Clamp for Prusa i3 MK2s/MK3

This is a replacement for the U-bolt bearing clamps on the Prusa i3 MK2s and MK3. **Extra hardware is required for installation**, namely six M3x15 machine screws and six thin M3 square nuts. The nuts are the same as those used by Prusa. See below.
