Nerf Crossbolt Elastic Mount

This is a piece that will plug into the Nerf Crossbolt after removing it's crossbow arms to allow the elastic to remain more centered when firing rather than being pulled down/up that the usual Crossbolt elastic tying mod produces.

Helps the issue of the elastic band crushing/folding darts, but doesn't completely fix it. I think that's just the beast of the Crossbolt.
