Chopper - Back Center Panel 1 with Attachment

This is a remix of the Back Center Panel 1 by Protoprops. The original Chopper design had an orange panel on this one, so I modified to add holes for 1/4-20 screws and an outer panel printed separately so it can be painted separate and then attached. I also added a support running up the panel to minimize wobbling while printing.
