This an FPV mount for a Blade 130S helicopter. It has a built-in 20 x 20 mm flight controller mount, which I use just for the on-screen-display coolness.

Flying the 130S in FPV is downright amazing. I am using an Airbot flight controller that gives me battery voltage, artificial horizon, and altitude reading.
