There are two versions, one with dovetail joints on a base plate and one without a base plate to screw it directly to a wall.
The design with the dovetail connections can be simply plugged together and attached to the wall with double-sided adhesive tape. I've used "powerstrips" (double-sided, sticky stuff) and it works pretty well.

I designed it because I wanted to organize my multimeter cables (and other short cables) but did not want to use hooks with a small radius so as not to bend the
