Tidy Cats Bin Latch

I like to reuse empty Tidy Cats containers to compost food scraps. The containers are very smell-proof, but the one downside to these containers is that the lid doesn’t stay open on its own. I designed these two pieces and reused an old shoe lace to make a device that holds the lid open when cleaning up a lot of food scraps.
