Anet E12 Fan v3

This is my 3rd revision of my cooling fan for the Anet E12. This one allows much more air flow than my V2, and circles all the way around the nozzle. For what it's worth, the air outlets around the inside of the ring are pointed against the edges of the ring, to create a sort of "vortex" effect, allowing the air to circulate around the nozzle and have a much better chance of hitting the filament as it goes down.
