My titan extruder small gear was a bit too small for Nema motor, so I took desing from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2960080 and upgraded it a bit so I can screw those Metric Thread screws that came with Tevo Tarantula as spare.

v2: Made holes bigger, whole shaft higher and thicker for more durability
