MPMD Effector Mount for E3D V6

I wanted to upgrade to an All-Metal hot end and settled on the E3D V6. Obviously this invited some problems - namely that the original hotend mount for the effector plate would not work whatsoever. I wanted to keep the stock snap-on cooler for the E3D hotend, so I designed this. It works fine if you print without the need for part cooling (or you do part cooling seperately).
