Fan Mount for new FLSUN Prusa I3 + sensor mount

Modified the excellent "Fan Mount for new FLSUN Prusa I3 by Ackmaniac Jun 8, 2017"

* Added inductive sensor mount.
* New duct shape to bring up a bit higher and more centred on myFLSun's hot end.
* Split into two parts so duct shape easier to print without partial collapse.

I used .6mm nozzle to print in ABS. ABS Juice (ABS + acetone) brushed on to glue together and smooth the duct.
