40mm fan frame

This is a simple frame for 40mm fan, but it could be for other sizes too since it's a customizer.
Also attached is the STL file generated by the customizer with all default parameters unchanged.
If you do not want the brackets on the two sides then put a zero for the bracket parameter, then the 4 corner holes will appear.
You are more than welcome to remix it (such as adding holes on the bracket or add brackets covering the 4 sides etc.)
