I added some material into the screw holes for better fit and added extra material at the top of one of the side plates to increase strength. print it laying flat on the side with the added wedge, I have to rotate 71 degrees in Slic3r PE to get it to lay flat as pictured. Print with supports 100%infill for best results.

DO NOT screw shock shaft directly into mount as printed as it will crack.
