Car holder Nexus 4 qi

Small holder for nexus 4 with nillkin case for mount in a cd slot.

Included .scad file, easily modifiable to fit other cases, vent slat or thin cd slot.

Next one will be printed on black ;-)

Added another one with support for metrans MWT03 wireless Qi charger
