Rey Staff End Cap

This re-mix involves 2 small modifications:
- The bottom few mm was cut off to prevent any overhangs when printing
- Top was cut off to create a flat spot (21mm in diameter)

I used the flat spot on top to stick a clear rubber foot to prevent sliding and/or scratching when resting the staff on the floor.
