Patio Chair Feet, Glide, Insert (Hollow)

This is a glide/foot/insert for a Gardenline patio chair. Specifically, our chairs are model #55675 (Big & Tall Stacking Chairs). Unfortunately, a few months after we purchased a set of six, we noticed a single foot was missing from one of the chairs. The manufacturer didn't have any way to provide this part, so I decided to take some measurements and make my own. This was only the first attempt, but it fit almost perfectly, so I was satisfied. Hopefully this can help someone else as well!
