3/8" threaded rod to 806 bearing adapter

I have a piece of 3/18" threaded rod, and I wanted to mount it with one end in a motor and one end in a bearing. I have cheap 608 bearings around, but obviously the outer diameter of the rod does not match perfectly with the inner diameter of the bearing. This goes on the end of the threaded rod and fits snugly in the bearing.
