This is a clip lead rack with 4 slots. By default the teeth are 5 mm in width and have a pitch of 10 mm. The vertical distance to the next tooth is 10 mm. Download the fusion 360 file and change the parameters to fit your oscilloscope probes.

File is customizable by changing "NumberOfTeeth" parameter.
