CR-10S X axis plate to support E3Dv6 and Precision Piezo Orion

I have designed this to replace the stock hotend with an E3Dv6 and a Precision Piezo Orion Z probe.

I have utilised the Precision Piezo hotend clamp but the plate replaces the Precision Piezo supplied printer mount adaptor.
