Montecristo Sugar Paste Flower Cutter

A cutter for making edible sugar paste (gum paste) flowers for cakes. This one will cut out a Montecristo or Daisy. The Montecristo is the purple one with a yellow center in the photo. Make lots of them and bundle them together to make a small bouquet. I glue (with edible glue) two purple petal cutouts together, then put a wire in the yellow center and poke it through center of the cutouts. I used a grass piping tip to texture the yellow centers.
