Zenwatch Printed Watchband

I broke the leather band on my Zenwatch. And then I noticed the flexibility of the first layers of an aborted PETG project. The resulting watchband is much better than I had anticipated.

PETG has great flexibility when printed solid at 1mm thickness while retaining a great deal of strength for attachment pins and keyholes.

I printed in green in eSun PETG, but any color works just as well. My kids like the sparkle of the semi transparent material and at least my wrist is semi-fashiona
