near flush 32mm flange for drainage

So, I needed a 32mm connection that was pretty much flat, to connect to the bottom of a gully end. Couldn't find one that did't stick up at least 15mm. They all needed nuts on the inside to make the seal. I didn't want to use metal or I would have used the plughole for a sink. So I made one.
